HOW DO I APPLY? 
You can register your interest by emailing [email protected]. We will send you the Competitor Information document. 

WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
Send your £10 entry fee via PayPal to  [email protected]. You will then receive an email from us confirming your place in the video heats.

HOW AND WHERE DO I SUBMIT MY VIDEO ENTRY? 
When you have recorded your entry, upload it to YouTube as an 'unlisted' video, then send the link to [email protected].

​WHAT ARE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS?
Rules and regulations differ depending on the category you choose to enter. Please read the competitor information carefully and get in touch with the LucyPole team if you have any questions.

WHAT IS THE JUDGING CRITERIA? 
​You will be judged on the following criteria.

• Costume and theme (FINALS only!)
• Transition and fluidity
  • How you connect your movements, tricks and spins
  • Your dance and musicality
  • How you use the floor space and poles
  • How you move from pole to floor and vice versa
• Spins and tricks
  • Do you combine your spins and tricks in an innovative way?
  • Have you thought of new and innovative ways to vary the spins/tricks?
• Technical difficulty (according to your category)
  • How well do you execute and hold your moves?
  • Do you move in and out of them cleanly?
• Overall performance
  • Looking at your routine as a whole
  • Audience engagement

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES? 
Prizes will be announced closer to the finals.
