Terms and Conditions

Both the Friend and Newbie must hold current pole Memberships both at the date of the lessons, the date of claiming, and the date that the free lessons are taken. Any exception to this must be agreed with Lucy in writing.
Both the Friend and Newbie must be in active tuition at the time of claiming (must have had a lesson within the last 14 days and have another booked within the NEXT 14 days).
It is your responsibility to provide all necessary dates and evidence at time of claim, and to confirm this if requested.
The 'timescale' for the GROUP CLASS FREEBIE is 6 weeks from the date the Friend's first lesson is booked. The FREE class must be claimed and taken within 6 weeks of the date you are sent your code.
The 'timescale' for the PRIVATE LESSON FREEBIE is 12 weeks from the date the Friend's first private lesson is booked. All lessons to be included in the claim must be claimed and booked within this timescale. The discounted private lesson must be taken within 12 weeks of the date you are sent your code.
Each claim can only be applied once per person.
You can claim for multiple friends.
Your free class cannot be counted within the total number of classes required to claim.
It is your responsibility to book your free class within the required timescale - if there are no free spaces within that allocated timescale, please contact Lucy immediately.
