LucyPole Student Contract (2024)
In an effort to save admin AND trees, this Contract will NOT be printed. PLEASE make sure you are familiar with it BEFORE you make your first payment.
I hereby state that I have read, understood and answered honestly the questions on the PAR-Q and the Informed Consent.
I understand that the monthly payment price of £42 (for 4 x 60 minute classes per month) is offered only if payment is made regularly ON or before 1st month by Standing Order ONLY. Other payment types are available, but at a higher rate. A £10 late fee will be added to any payment that arrives later than 1st month. Interest will then be added at the statutory rate if payment remains outstanding. If the amount remains unpaid after 30 days, further action WILL be taken to recover it.
The £42 per month offer also includes a written notice period of 4 weeks, and a minimum contract term of 3 months. This means that you must make 3 payments of £42 before you can cancel your membership.
If you miss a payment and then do not attend class for the following consecutive two weeks, your place will be put back on the waiting list and offered to another student, with no further recourse to you. Any balance outstanding will, however, still be due from you.
As you pay for 4-week blocks (as opposed to actual calendar months), there will be 2 weeks each year when the Studio will be closed/classes will not be available, and will not be available for catch-up. This will usually be at Christmas but, you will always be given plenty of notice.
If and when you cancel your membership, it is solely YOUR responsibility to cancel your Standing Order instruction. Payments made after your notice period has expired may not be returned.
