Pole Dance Taster - DONE! ✅​ 


First of all massive congratulations! 
For some of you, the Taster will have been out of your comfort zone,
​but - you did it! 
​

So, what happens now?

IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR CLASS
  • ​You may have noticed some bruising, or perhaps some areas of sore skin, from gripping the pole and moving around it.  These will pass really quickly, and happen less as you get more experienced  ​
​
  • You may have some muscle soreness, especially if you don't have an especially active life at the moment.  This is good!  This means you worked super hard at your class.  However, if the pains are still strong after 48 hours, please get in touch with us. 
 
  • Try to drink plenty of water and eat foods high in protein.  This will help your muscles recover and be ready for your next class!

HOW DO I JOIN?
  • Go to our BOOKING SITE (www.bookwhen.com/lucypole)
​
  • Choose the class you'd like to attend - it will usually be in the same slot that you attended for your Taster, and will be called either 'Beginner Class' or 'Beginner/Improver Class'.  
​
  • You can choose ANY class if the Beginner classes don't suit your timetable - we are Mixed Ability in every class so your Instructor will take care of you.  
​​
  • If you think you will be able to attend all the classes in a month, or you want to do more than once a week, a Membership is best - this makes all your classes £8 each and is just £10 for the month.  You can purchase the Membership ticket when you purchase your Class ticket.

  • Membership has a range of options - these are listed at the point of purchase. 
 
  • If you think you will be missing some classes during the month, the non-Member option may work better - this is £11.50 per class.  
​​
  • Most students book a whole month of classes on payday, and then add extras if and when they can.
