The LucyPole Studio standard cancellation policy is 24 hours. No refunds are given for drop in bookings and missed classes are counted against your membership usage for no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice from the lesson start time. This includes late cancels due to Covid-19 or any other illness.
Drop in class bookings, all memberships, lesson packs and other credits are strictly non-transferable.
All private lesson and one-off workshop bookings also come under our 24 hour cancellation policy. This means all private lesson bookings and workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice from the private lesson or workshop start time and date. This means the FULL AMOUNT is due if you cancel within 24 hours.
Cancellation within 48 hours means you may still transfer the lesson to another person, but 50% of the fee WILL be due from you, regardless.
We reserve the right to cancel classes/change lesson times with low attendance. You will be informed of any changes at least 90 minutes before class time. In case of a cancelled class our end, you are offered a full refund/transfer for your booking.
You may book onto a class anywhere up to 30 minutes before the start of the class.
If you’d like to book a specific class but it shows as full, you are welcome to contact Lucy to confirm if there have been cancellations or spaces have offered up.
Photoshoots, some one-off guest teacher workshops, intensives, pole camps, courses and masterclasses will come under a strict non-refundable and non-transferable booking and cancellation policy. This automatically overrides the 24 hour cancellation policy.
If you are in doubt about the cancellation terms for a specific session, these will always be listed in the Bookwhen class description.
